    I. CANCELLATION OF EUROPCAR e-GIFT VOUCHERS

    Can I cancel my order ?

    You may cancel your order within 14 working days of the issue of the Europcar e-Gift voucher.
    Cancellation must be done online by filling the cancellation request form.

    Can I receive a refund if I cancel the order within the 14 working days before using the Europcar e-Gift voucher?

    Yes. Cancellation must be done online by filling the cancellation request form.

    Can I cancel my order if the Europcar e-Gift voucher has already been used for a reservation or a rental?

    No, except if you exercise your right of cancellation within 14 working days from the issue of the Europcar e-Gift voucher. See Europcar e-Gift vouchers General Conditions of Use.

    Do I have to inform the recipient of the Europcar e-Gift voucher if I decided to cancel the order?

    Yes. Europcar is not responsible for informing the recipient in case of cancellation of the Europcar e-Gift voucher order by the purchaser except if the voucher was sent to the Recipient on-line, by Europcar.

    II. REDEEMING EUROPCAR e-GIFT VOUCHERS

    How do I redeem Europcar e-Gift vouchers ?

    Europcar e-Gift Vouchers are redeemed upon the rental of a Europcar vehicle, subject to the mandatory 24 hours prior reservation which can be made in two ways:

    - by calling the Europcar Reservation Service Centre of your country of residence.
                You will need to quote the voucher number mentioned on the Europcar e-Gift voucher
                when making your reservation
    - online : on the following websites : www.europcar.com www.europcar.de
                Simply click on " Redeem Europcar e-Gift voucher " Button. Then, follow the reservation
                process. You will need to enter the voucher number mentioned on the Europcar e-Gift
                voucher in the appropriate field. Please note that the online quoted rate will not take
                into account the voucher amount : it will be deducted from the rental charges at
                check-out time.

    Please note that only one voucher can be redeemed per reservation / rental

    Can I use several Europcar e-Gift vouchers for one rental?

    No. Europcar can only accept one voucher per rental.

    Where and What kind of vehicle can I rent?

    Europcar e-Gift vouchers are valid for car rental in any of all Europcar locations worldwide and for all vehicle categories. Please note that for luxury vehicles, two major valid credit cards will be required at time of rental.
    A reservation is mandatory via Internet or by calling the Europcar Reservation Service Centre of your country of residence.

    What happens if the price of the rental is superior to the Europcar e-Gift voucher value?

    You will be required to pay the difference by credit card. Europcar cannot accept Europcar charge cards nor any other voucher as an additional means of payment to the Europcar e-Gift voucher.

    What should I do at time of rental?

    You need to present your Europcar e-Gift voucher to the Counter Agent at the Europcar location together with a valid credit card and a valid driving licence. A valid passport will be required in case of rental abroad. Please note that standard Europcar rental terms at time of rental apply.

    Is it safe to order online a Europcar e-Gift voucher ?

    Yes. Our Europcar e-Gift voucher pages and the entire online reservation site are hosted on a secure server and all credit card information is encrypted.
